The products listed on the site is directly supplied by the company IVY ANDREA BEAUTY CORP. which is under the brand name of Shawill Cosmetics. The site is operated under our company name Ivy Andrea Beauty Corp. with registered address 1402 14th Floor, Tytana Plaza Building, 611 Tytana St., Brgy. 288 Zone 27, Binondo, Manila, 1006, Kalakhang Maynila.

 

How to Buy

  • Choose the desired products that you want to order and shades
  • Add to cart or check out the products that you want
  • Proceed to payment (there are many types of payment it depends on the customer)
  • After payment place your order
  • You have to place an order for the products that you want by following the steps on “How to Buy”. You have to check and correct any changes that you want until you reached the “Proceed to Payment” and “Place Order” no more changes that can you do when you already place an order.
  • After you place an order you will receive an email that we acknowledge and we received your order by giving you order # and summary of your order.
  • We will send you an email if we accept your order and we already ship the parcel.
  • We may reject your order if
    • The order you purchase is out of stock or discontinued
    • There is a problem with the mode of payment
  • We will ship the products to you, depends to your delivery option after you place an order. There will be no change in the delivery address after it has been placed.
  • There will be a delivery charge, which will be added when you check out. Please make sure that you agree with delivery charge before confirming your order.

    • Metro Manila 1-3 working days
    • Outside Metro Manila 5-10 working days
  • We will deliver the products to the indicated delivery address. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by customer.
  • Shawill Cosmeticsaims to deliver your orders within the 1-3 working days after every successful payment
  • On delivery of the Products, you are required to sign for delivery. You shall examine the Products immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery. All risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery.
  • We try to display the colors of products as accurately as possible on the web site. We cannot guarantee, however, that your computer monitor’s display of colors will be true to life.

 

Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

  • We may cancel your order if the products that you ordered are not available. We will inform you in case and we will return the payment to you thru bank transfer.
  • There is no cancellation if your order is already placed.
  • Please double check your order once it arrives to you if there are damages or incomplete items please contact us immediately otherwise it will be forfeited.
  • Exchange or refund of the Product may be arranged for the following reasons:
    • If the Product is obviously expired / damaged at time of delivery.
    • If the Product is expired / damaged inside delivery; and you contact customer service within 7 days.
    • If the Product ordered is different from the item collected delivered.
  • Products returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering. The manner of refund will depend on the mode of payment originally made by the Customer:
  • Products to be returned must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all gift items (if any) together with proof of purchase (original receipt or delivery note). Otherwise the retail value of the gift item(s) would be deducted from the refund. Items purchased as a set must also be returned as a set.
